Frequently asked questions

What’s free and what’s discounted?+
Trains, buses and boats across the region are free. Many mountain trips are free too — including Schilthorn, Männlichen, Schynige Platte, Niederhorn, Niesen and Brienzer Rothorn. Harder Kulm, Grindelwald-First and Jungfraujoch are discounted.
How many travel days can I choose?+
You choose 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 consecutive days. The pass is valid all year round.
Berner Oberland Pass or Jungfrau Travel Pass — which one?+
The Berner Oberland Pass covers a much wider area — both lakes, Gstaad, Kandersteg and Meiringen as well as the Jungfrau Region. Choose it if you want to explore widely; the Jungfrau Travel Pass is better if you’re staying mainly around Grindelwald, Wengen and Mürren.
Is this an official Berner Oberland Pass?+
Yes — the exact same official pass, at the same price as buying direct, with no booking fees.
